V024 CX – Electric Actuator

Electrical actuator designed as self-locking version or for unscrewing systems

The V024CX is an electrical actuator specifically built for installation on plastic injection and blow molds. V024CX peculiarity is the choice of all single components forming the set, which fulfill the typical force and speed requirements of mold applications. Furthermore the “intelligent” electronic device (“drive”) supplied with the actuator – or so called cylinder – is programmed both for adjusting force and speed and for giving maximum performance only when it’s really necessary. This greatly reduces the typical defects of electrical device, where normally high force means low speed and possible over-heating, or high speed means low force. The product range is based on two main versions: the short-stroke self-locking type and the long stroke unscrewing one. Ideal for applications on molds for the medical sector, the drive can be customized depending on the needs of the project.
