302 (Coupler) – Quick Knockout Coupler

The 301 barb and 302 coupler are ideal for use with quick mold change systems. These can also be used for two-stage ejection. 300 Series couplers are for use on machines up to 75 tons. Uses 6mm Allen wrench to tighten. Pull force 3,200 lbs.

Uses and Advantages:

  • Quick and Easy Installation
  • Coupling obtained in any position as disconnecting is made only after ejector plate is fully returned
  • Assured part ejection and return of the ejector plate
  • Fast acting, up to 30 strokes per minute
