ALBA Enterprises has been providing innovative solutions to the plastic industry for over three decades. The company’s founder, Mr. Tony Brusca, began by selling ALBA Quick Release Knockout Couplers from his son’s bedroom in Torrance, California in 1978. In the following decades ALBA selectively added other products that provided specific, needed solutions to injection molders throughout the country.
From the beginning, ALBA has delivered high-quality molding products to America from Northern Italy, a region widely acclaimed for its skill in industrial design and precision manufacturing. Since then, decades of research and development by ALBA’s manufacturing partners have fine-tuned and perfected the ALBA product line to provide exceptional value to American plastics manufacturers.
ALBA now designs and sells hot runner systems from Thermoplay, IMM-dedicated hydraulic cylinders from Vega, micro-injection molding machines from Babyplast, and, of course, ALBA Quick Release Knockout Couplers, as well as other selected mold components.
ALBA’s staff, with nearly 100 years of collective experience, is adept at understanding client problems and providing needed solutions. ALBA’s modern, spacious facility in Southern California includes not only a large warehouse to facilitate rapid delivery of needed parts, but also dedicated space for product demonstrations and training courses on plastic manufacturing.
In December of 2013 ALBA was acquired by John M. Dineen, an executive with a 20-year track record of success in business. Mr. Dineen has dedicated himself to building on the solid foundation already in place to make ALBA of even greater value to its customers.
