Easy Instructions
Eight steps, about ten minutes.
- 1Clean the gate area of any oil, lubricant, or residue.
- 2Place the Gateblok pre-measured capsule in the Accu-Mix machine.
- 3Mix for the specified number of seconds (see detailed instructions).
- 4Open the capsule and place the Gateblok in the holder.
- 5Fill the plastic insert tool with Gateblok.
- 6Insert the Gateblok into the gate.
- 7Pack and/or carve the Gateblok with the placement tools.
- 8Allow 5 minutes to harden.
