Babyplast Parts Warranty

Thank you for the trust you have placed in CRONOPLAST.

Please read the instruction manual carefully before operating the machinery.

The manufacturer is not responsible for and does not provide warranty for machines used for any purpose other than that for which the manufacturer has specified.

The vendor guarantees that the material is to be supplied against all manufacturing faults, and accepts replacing any faulty part or repairing any faulty operation free-of-charge, providing the buyer notifies the vendor of said fault within a maximum period of TWELVE MONTHS from the date the machine is received at its destination.

Once the TWELVE MONTH warranty period has expired, the vendor will not accept any claims or returned parts. However, faults that the buyer issues claims for, may be checked by the vendor, using any technical means considered necessary, on condition that the buyer does not obstruct the work of those who the vendor has nominated responsible for carrying out the revision.

It is clearly stated that this warranty does not include:

• heating elements, paint, oil and optional accessories
• wear caused through improper use and handling
• knocks, in the case of damaged / broken seals on the hydraulic unit
• if the maximum authorized pressure levels have been exceeded
• troubles caused by faulty connections in the electrical system
• the use of un-authorized lubricants
• accidents and damage or any failure to observe the application and installation instructions detailed in the instruction manual

Attention: Furthermore, ALL traveling expenses of a technician (hours and kilometers) as well as transport costs for replacement parts are excluded from the twelve month parts only warranty.

The warranty is considered no longer valid in case that non original Babyplast parts are fitted to the Babyplast 6/12 machine.

In its continual endeavor to improve its products, CRONOPLAST reserves the right to modify or vary its products features or specifications without prior notification.

The Babyplast 6/12 machine has not been designed to work in explosive atmospheres, in the presence of fine dust or corrosive gases, in the presence of acids, corrosive agents, salts; and is also not suitable for working in the presence of radiation ionizing or non ionizing (X rays, laser, microwaves, UV).

In order for the electrical parts to function correctly, the room temperature must be within the following range +5°C and +40°C, humidity must not exceed 50% at the maximum room temperature of 40°C (relatively higher humidity levels could be possible at lower room temperatures).

Before starting up the machine or carrying out any maintenance work read the instruction manual carefully. If you do not have an instruction manual it is the buyer's responsibility to make contact and obtain one.

The twelve month parts only warranty is provided by the BabyPlast OEM:

ALBA Enterprises, LLC, 508 W 69th Street, Loveland, CO 80538 is a distributor of the BabyPlast product lines and only provides warranty on BabyPlast equipment (parts) sold through our company.

ALBA Enterprises, LLC is not the originator of the parts only warranty.

ALBA Enterprises, LLC does provide an extension of the original parts only warranty to a maximum term of an additional twelve months (totaling twenty four months of parts only warranty). This is a purchased warranty extension. For terms and conditions, costs and options available in securing this warranty please contact ALBA Enterprises, LLC.

ALBA Enterprises, LLC is the originator of the extended parts only warranty.

ALBA Enterprises, LLC provides training and service on all BabyPlast equipment. We warranty our service on BabyPlast equipment for 30 days with the condition it has not been altered, replaced and serviced by non-ALBA Enterprises, LLC trained staff.

ALBA Enterprises, LLC does not warranty process engineering and the resulting articles from the injection molding process used with BabyPlast equipment.
